Posi-Drive Two-Top, Two-Bottom In-Feed System

  • The in-feed is equipped with two powered top and two powered bottom rollers to ensure constant feeding without stoppages at high speeds.

  • Two front pressure rollers at the first bottom horizontal spindle create excellent stability. 

 

 

Bottom Surface Straightening Device

  • A grooving device is available between the two bottom spindles at the in-feed of the machine specifically designed for material that is twisted, warped, or diamonded.  The material follows the grooves following the grooving cutter on the first bottom spindle and the second spindle takes off the grooves leaving a smooth surface running throughout the remainder of the machine

 

 

Hydraulic Outboard Bearing Support on Top and Bottom Horizontal Spindles

  • Designed to support the end of the horizontal spindles for maximum stability when running heavy duty profiles, straight and profile jointing and all around heavy machining.

 

 

Individually Controlled Pressure Plate

  • Designed specifically to follow the different contours of uneven material.  This is essential when running high speeds.  The individual pressures have a floating mechanism for the top and bottom horizontal spindles giving constant pressure over the width of the material at all times.





Centralized Control Panel

  • All controls (Push Buttons, Inverter feed etc.) are centralized at one location convenient for the operator and designed to give easy identification.

 



Powerful Pressure Mechanism

  • The top and side pressure devices on the right and left vertical spindles are actuated by extra powerful air cylinders combined with pressure wheels for maximum stability under heavy duty machining.

 

 

Double Hold Down Pressures

  • Double hold down pressures can be added with the following movements of x, y & z giving independent pressure to the uneven materials such as crown moulding, chair rail, etc. While also, giving firm overhead support on the complete width of the material.
